Refund/Exchange Policy

The following return policy applies to all domestic orders only. When returning something, please follow these guidelines.

Refund/Exchange
In order to provide you with quality products and due to health and safety regulations we are unable to accept any of the sets for return or exchange. The items including e-gift certificates are final-sale and non-returnable / non-refundable. No refund/exchange for change of mind. However, we want you to be delighted and would never expect you to pay for a damaged or defective product, or a product that otherwise does not satisfy a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us if you run into any problems and we will be sure to make it right.

Bathrobe Size
Please make sure you order your correct size of the bathrobe(s) from the size chart. The provided size chart is detailed from every perspective and customers can select sizes without any difficulty. Please note Bathrobes are supposed to be loose-fit so if your measurement/size shows 'Small' according to the size chart, it's safe to choose Medium size bathrobe instead. Incorrect Delivery
In the event you receive goods that you did not order or an item is missing from your order but has been invoiced, please contact us immediately (within 2 days [holidays inclusive] from date of receiving the order) at info@awe-splendid.com or live chat with us and we will arrange the pick up and dispatch the correct item(s) as soon as possible. Please note items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged and should be in their original packaging. Packaging may include ribbon, care instructions, gift box and outer carton. Once your returned item has been processed in our warehouse, we will ship the correct order within one week, if we still have the item in stock in our warehouse. If the item is out of stock, you will be notified by email about the delivery date. You will not be charged for any return or re-shipping of the order.

Wrong Size
If you have ordered a wrong size of bathrobe(s) and also received your order, please contact us immediately (within 2 days {holidays inclusive} from date of receiving the order). Please remember items must be returned unopened, unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged and should be in their original packaging. Packaging may include ribbon, care instructions, gift box and outer carton. Once your returned item has been processed in our warehouse, we will ship the correct order within one week, if we still have the item in stock in our warehouse. If the item is out of stock, you will be notified by email about the delivery date. Please note that we have to charge you the return shipping and re-shipping cost.

Ordered by Mistake
In case you have placed the wrong size order and haven't received a notification of your order being shipped, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of placing the order) and we will be happy to make the changes in our system so that you will receive a correct size. If your order has been shipped, it would be impossible to change the delivery address.

Opened and Tested
If you have opened and tried the wrong size and would like to make an exchange. Unfortunately, any wrong sized orders can only be returned and exchanged to the correct sizes if the item is unused, undamaged and unopened. If this is not the case, then no return/no exchange policy will apply. Please check the correct size before making a purchase.

Penalty
In the unlikely event that the returned item is not according to the terms & conditions mentioned above, you will be charged 50% of the invoice value as restocking fee plus return & re-shipping charges to ship the correct size.
