Shipping policy
The following shipping and tax policies apply to all domestic orders.
GST (Goods and Service Tax)
For all order in Australia, GST is included in the final price. The amount listed in the invoice includes 10% of GST. As for International orders, GST, VAT, Sales Tax etc are not included in the price.
Orders Processing Time:
All orders need a processing time of 2-3 business days before they are dispatched to their destination. Due to COVID-19, the processing time may increase.
Shipping Timelines
Just a reminder that you will receive your order anywhere from 3-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorised and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we've used to ship your order.
Our shipping department is open Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm AEST. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. If you order items with different availability, we will ship your order in separate packages. If your order is delayed due to an unforeseeable event, we will contact you via the email address or mobile number provided for the order. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. There may be a delay in shipping if billing information is inaccurate, if billing and shipping addresses differ, or if the payment company discovers an issue. Our goal is to process and ship orders as soon as the products are ready to ship.
Our office and warehouse is closed for Victorian Public Holidays. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. If the items are available in our warehouse, all orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.
Shipping Preferences
Your shipping address can not be modified online. If you have a change to your shipping address after placing an order, we ask that you contact us using the Live Chat button located on the lower right corner of your screen or sending us an email to request any modifications; please note, however, that once your order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. Please also note, we do not ship the orders to P.O.Boxes. Our items are considered bulky and of high value, therefore, someone must be available to receive the order otherwise, a note will be left to collect your order from your nearest courier location.
Shipping Rates
Australia:
For our valued customers in Australia, we are offering Free Express Shipping on all orders that consist of items in our warehouse:
- Free Express Shipping on all orders (2-4 working days)
- $20 Same Day Delivery (Melbourne only)
Please note that 'same day delivery' is a new service we introduced in Melbourne only. Any order placed between 8pm and 11:59pm AEST will be shipped out the next day regardless of weekends and/or public holidays.
International:
For our valued International customers in New Zealand, United States, Canada and United Kingdom, we offer Free Express Shipping on all items except the bulky items like iRelax Luxury Bath Sets (7-10 Working Days). Bulky products will have express shipping charges calculated at checkout.
Undelivered Packages
If a package is undelivered and returned to our warehouse we are unable to re-ship it. Customers have to pay for the shipping cost again in order for us to schedule a delivery. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please make sure you provide correct and accurate shipping address upon checkout. We do not take any responsibility for any incorrect shipping address.
